Bio
From 1994 to the present, Mr. Artzberger has worked as a Petroleum Consultant. He evaluates projects for acquisitions, divestments, field development and band financing. He has consulted for Blue Ridge Energy Group, Brayton Operating Company, Crawford Energy Inc., J.R. Butler & Company, Randall &Dewey, Rocksource Energy Corp., Ryder Scott Company, Three Forks Energy, Texas Capital Bank and Wells Fargo Bank. He advised on the formation of Amicus Energy Inc., Rocksource Energy Corp., and Big O Energy Corp.
From 1985 to 1994, Mr. Artzberger was an engineer and executive with Beacon Exploration Company and affiliates. As Vice President, he was responsible for managerial oversight of all acquisitions, production and operations. He successfully evaluated and closed on producing property transactions with values in excess of $50MM. He supervised an acquisitions, production and office staff of 12 professionals. Beacon owned interests in over 300 wells with a geographical scope throughout the Rocky Mountain (Wyoming, Montana and North Dakota) and Mid-Continent (Oklahoma and Kansas) regions, Texas, Louisiana and California.
Mr. Artzberger is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Texas.
